FMC to deliver $54M in Agbami trees May 2, 2007
FMC Technologies has been handed the job of delivering 11 more sub-sea trees and associated kit to Chevron’s Agbami project offshore Nigeria, a $54 million work order.

Brigham Exploration Company announced the closing of a joint venture agreement with Northern Oil and Gas providing for Brigham's participation in approximately 30,300 gross and 24,350 net acres in the Williston Basin. Roughly 5,120 gross and 3,000 net acres are located in Mountrail County North Dakota, providing potential step out and extensional drilling to recent high rate producing EOG Resources, Inc. Bakken oil discoveries.

Dresser-Rand Group Inc. has acquired the Gimpel business from Tyco Flow Control, a reporting unit of Tyco International. Gimpel products include a line of trip, trip throttle, and non-return valves to protect steam turbines and related equipment in industrial and marine applications.
