Golar LNG announces an agreement to sell its existing interest in new building DSME hull number 2244 to Maran Gas for the gross consideration of approximately $92.5 million, this represents an implicit vessel price of $201 million. 
The National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (NGC) has concluded negotiations with three upstream producers - BHP Billiton consortium, EOG Resources and BG/Chevron - for the supply of 550 MMscf/d of natural gas commencing in the 2009/2010 timeframe. This incremental gas supply will grow NGC’s portfolio of gas supplies to exceed 2.1 Bcf by 2010.
