Wicks

Malcom Wicks is back at the post of U.K. Minister of State for Energy on the appointment of U.K. Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Minister John Hutton, the government declared Tuesday.

Wicks takes up the helm for energy policy, energy supply, “fuel poverty” and the export Export Credits Guarantee Department.

The manufacturing industries get former energy minister, Stephen Timms, who becomes Minister of State for Competitiveness.

Hutton was briefly in charge of energy policy until Wicks was named Energy Minister
