Fred Olsen Energy business, Dolphin Drilling, has cut a tentative, five-year, $436-million deal for the semi-submersible Borgny Dolphin.

The rig could earn 15 percent of the day rate as a bonus under unspecifiefd contract incentives.

While the contract appears to be for Pemex in the Gulf of Mexico, Dolphin Drilling could not be reached for confirmation.
